What really sets this board apart is that the tools store under the board when not in use. No more hunting and rummaging looking for the tools when you want to use the board. They are cleverly held in their own lucite case which fits snugly in place. Included are forged stainless steel tools - a knife for hard cheeses, a planer for semi hard/soft cheeses and a spreader for the softest cheeses.

Dishwasher not recommended - just handwash and apply some mineral oil periodically.
