Garland Light mesmerizes with its delicately etched floral patterns. The shade is made from a continuous metal strand that is wrapped around a light bulb. With a simple clip, Garland secures to the base of a bulb and may be shaped into practically any form. Intertwine multiple Garlands to create larger and even more spectacular shades.
Garland Light Shade is included in the permanent collection of MoMA New York and the Victoria and Albert Museum London.
Usually requires a hanging light cord kit. We recommend ours.

amazing product with amazing service

I purchased this product for a bedroom light fixture. The service from ChiChi was incredible. The product arrived perfectly in a matter of days. I received numerous updates stating where in the process of shipping my product was, which was very helpful. Payment transaction was easy and shipping of my product was FREE (for purchases greater than $125)!!!!
We did not use a hanging light cord, but rather a simple metal light fixture with a single light bulb on the end. We used 3 sheets to create what we felt was a perfectly sized shade for a single light in our room.
The garland was easy to manipulate into a nice pattern. It took a total of 3 attempts before we were pleased with the final outcome but it was worth it. The instructions suggest that arranging the garland is similar to arranging a flower arrangement and I agree. It takes a little patience, but the product in the end is AMAZING. This is definitely a piece of art, not just a light shade. The gorgeous shadows the light creates in the room is breathtaking. There is a modern industrial, yet sensual and naturalistic feel to the garland.
We also used a 40W clear bulb (not 60W like suggested on the instructions) to create a romantic, artistic glow.
